(a small but imperative chapter of Ahom's History)

……………………..In the reign of the Ahom King Sulikfa or Loraroja Godapani, a royal prince from Tungkhangia dynasty escaping in disguised form just to bring a revolution against the cruel, undesirable & undeserving king . One day when the prince was in the way to Namchang from Joypore he was about to captured by the army of Loraroja. It was a very tough situation to handle. He used his presence of mind for a better escape; he share  his problem after introducing him to three unknown Lady Vendors  coming to the market place from three different areas for selling their goods and were taking rest under the shade of a tree. They were ‘ROHDOI’ of RAHANPATHER , ‘BHADOI’ of TIPAM and ‘AGHONI’ of SALAGURI . They quickly acted according to Godapani's instuctions: They covered Godapani’s whole body by their body-cloths as Godpani also quickly acts as a dead-body; all the three were crying loudly and perfectly saying their husband had gone to the Heaven and leaving them alone and how could they will be able to live without their husband. By using this trick they able to hide Langi Godapani among them and the  kings personnels unable to recognised that the body laying was of Langi Godapani .
After a few struggle and fight finally  Godapani had came to the power and announced  rewards to all the three. Also he also established three towns in the name of the three Lady vendors to show his ultimate gratitude to them. Thus, it is Bhadoi Nagar and this historical place is now known as Bhadoi Panchali. It connected five road at the centre; panch= five, ali=road, so Panchali. This Junction of five roads leading to Duliajan in the west, Digboi in the north-east; Bhadoi Nagar ->Chapatol ->phekala-> Soraipung in the east; Santi T.E. -> Goriabam->hills of Dhekiajuli and Dhekiajuli T.E. and Tipam(a sub kingdom of Ahom Kingdom, it is a hilly place and was the first capital of Ahom's) in the south and NEEPCO, Bakuloni Chariali in the north direction  respectively.
The important help by which he, Godapani came to rule was really great through which he was able to defeat a hypocrite king and his corrupted advisor. I was just because of the people belongs to the kingdom loved him a lot, and Godapanicared about his subjects as well...that was the victory of truth against devil.
